How do I find out the shipping cost?

Most of the UK mainland includes free shipping.

For international and express UK deliveries you have to add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket, then enter your postcode and country of delivery, it will then give you the price depending on size and weight.

What if my country has no postage option?

Due to many parts of Alfa Romeo’s being such different sizes, we may have to quote on an individual basis depending on your exact delivery location.

Please email us with your local town, postcode and country so we can achieve a competitive quote.

Which areas of the UK include free shipping?

We use Royal Mail 2-5 day service for small items under 2kg. This covers all of the highlands, Northern Ireland and some offshore islands without any added surcharge.

For items or complete orders over 2kg we use APC Overnight or Fedex, who offer a next working day delivery as standard, but the highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and many offshore Islands will have an added surcharge due to distance. Some services may take 2 days.

How can I make payment?

We can process most international credit and debit cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron or Vpay logo. We now also accept Google or Apple Pay.

What happens after I have placed my order?

Once you have processed your order successfully you will receive a confirmation email.

We will then issue a further email with a tracking number once it is booked on the system. You can click the tracking number which will open up the carriers webpage to follow your parcels transit.

You will also receive a pdf receipt attached to this email.

Please remember to check your spam or junk mail folders if you don’t receive anything from us.

How long will my item(s) take to be delivered within the UK?

Depending on what service you choose, all items should be delivered within 7 days. If anything does take longer please contact us for help in tracking your item.

For orders using Royal Mail it is usually delivered in 2 days but can take up to 5 days. It may not show up on tracking until delivery is attempted.

Our other providers will deliver the next working day unless you are located in the highlands, Northern Ireland or offshore Islands. This may take 2 days.

For large and heavy orders, we use a pallet delivery agent. These usually take 2 to 5 days. A next day service is available upon request.

How long will my item(s) take to be delivered outside of the UK?

If you live within the EU then we have few options available: Royal Mail Tracked and a range of other providers.

Royal Mail Tracked is for items under 2kg and is usually delivered within 3 to 7 days but can in extreme circumstances take up to 30 days.

For items over 2kg, we use few other providers, depending on destination. Their service takes 2 to 5 working days depending on country. Sometimes due to extreme weather or other issues delivery time may take up to 14 days.

Please be aware that customs fees will be charged to the receiver. In the EU you will be charged your countries VAT and a processing fee. For the rest of the world, you will be charged an import fee depending on the item you are purchasing and a possible processing fee by the shipping agent.

For customers purchasing items outside of the EU, only items with a weight less than 2kg will have a Royal Mail Tracked postage option. Usual delivery time is 5-14 days but can take up to 30 days.

If you require Express shipping, please contact us with your postcode and location for a competitive quote. If your item is delayed, please contact us for further information and support.

My item is damaged or broken, what can I do?

We offer a 30 day warranty and returns period worldwide! So do not panic, we are here to help.

If the item is damaged during shipping we need to know within 24 hours with pictures and information.

If the item has failed or broken please contact us as soon as possible with pictures of any defects.

We will be able to send out a replacement or offer a refund far quicker with as much information available to us.

Are my details safe when shopping on your site?

All your personal details are kept securely, fully compliant with GDPR legislation and all payment processing information is encrypted by the payment provider, either Stripe or Paypal.

Do you offer any discount?

We do offer bulk discount! If you have 2 or more items in your basket, a £5 discount will be applied automatically at checkout for each subsequent item. The more you add, the more discount you receive.
